POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE;

Truer words were never spoken. The less you associate with some people, the more your life will improve. Any time you tolerate mediocrity in others, it increases your mediocrity.

An important attribute in successful people is their impatience with negative thinking and negative acting people. As you grow up, your acquaintance will change.

Some of your friends will not want you to go on. They will want you to stay where they are. Associate that don’t help you climb will want you to crawl. Your friends will stretch your vision or choke your dream. Those who don’t increase you will eventually decrease you.

Contemplate this;

Never receive counsel from unproductive people. Never discuss your problems with someone incapable of contributing to the solution, because those who never succeed themselves are always first to tell you how. Not everyone has a right to speak into your life.

You are certain to get the worst of the bargain when you exchange ideas with the wrong person. Don’t follow anyone who is not going anywhere.

With some people you spend an evening: with others you invest it. Be careful where you stop to inquire for directions along the road of life. Wise is the person who fortifies his life with the right friendships.

If you run with wolves, you will learn how to howl. But, if you associate with eagles, you will learn how to soar to great heights.

A mirror reflects a man’s face, but what he is really like is shown by the kind of friends he chooses. The simple but true fact of life is that you become like those with whom you closely associate – for the good and the bad.

Note: Be not mistaken. This is applicable to family as well as friends. Yes…do love appreciate and be thankful for your family, for they will always be your family no matter what. Just know that they are human first and though they are family to you, they may be a friend to someone else and will fit in the criteria above.

In Prosperity our friends know us. In Adversity we know our companions. Never make someone a priority when you are only an option for them. Keep your circle small.

If you are going to achieve excellence in big things, you develop the habit in little matters. Excellence is not an exception, it is a prevailing attitude.

Always be there with a solution, avoid being part of the problem.

THREE TYPES OF PEOPLE;

Some people come into your life and they are like leaves on a tree. They are only there for a season. You can’t depend on them or count on them because they are weak and only there to give you shade.

Like leaves, they are there to take what they need and as soon as it gets cold or a wind blows in your life they are gone.

Branch people;

They are stronger than leaves, but you have to be careful with them. They will stick around through some seasons, but if you go through a storm or two in your life it’s possible that you could lose them.

Most times they break away when it’s tough. Although they are stronger than leaves, you have to test them out before you run out there and put all your weight on them.

In most cases they can’t handle too much weight. But again, you can’t be mad with them, it’s just who they are.

Root People;

If you can find some people in your life who are like roots of a tree then you have found something special.

Like the roots of a tree, they are hard to find because they are not trying to be seen. Their only job is to hold you up and help you live a strong and healthy life. If you thrive, they are happy for you.

They stay low key and don’t let the world know that they are there. And if you go through an awful storm they will hold you up. Their job is to hold you up, come what may, and to nourish you, feed you and water you.

Just like a tree has many limbs and many leaves, there are few roots.

Look at your own life. How many leaves, branches and roots do you have? What are you in other people’s lives?

Trump: Congratulations My Namesake President John Magufuli

Washington Dc–President Donald John Trump has this evening praised Tanzanian President DR.John Pombe Magufuli for being a good example of African leaders.

While signing a law which will be barring Africans from countries where Presidents are doing nothing and those have declined to leave power, Trump said Magufuli is an example of good leaders in Africa and his country deserves special treatment.

“This law will affect countries like Zimbabwe, Uganda and other African countries where Presidents have declined to leave power doing nothing. Tanzania is not one of them since my namesake there President John Magufuli is doing a wonderful job. Actually Magufuli should be used as a good example but his neighbor Museveni should be used whenever bad example is needed.” Said Trump.

According to Trump, Tanzanians will not be restricted going to US and they will enjoy special treatment courtesy of President Magufuli.

However, Trump congratulated President Magufuli for his leadership. “Congratulations my namesake John Magufuli, you are the African hero.” Remarked President Trump.

Sheria ya Marehemu Kurithisha Moyo, Figo Kuandaliwa

Taasisi ya Moyo ya Jakaya Kikwete (JKCI) inaandaa mapendekezo ili kuyapeleka bungeni yaridhiwe na kupitishwa sheria itakayoruhusu mtu kuandika wosia wa viungo vyake kutumika baada ya kufariki dunia.

Sanjari na hilo, kwa sasa inatararajia kuanza upasuaji wa kupandikiza moyo kwa wagonjwa wenye matatizo hayo nchini. Mkurugenzi wa Upasuaji na Daktari Bingwa wa Moyo na Mishipa ya Damu, Dk Bashir Nyangasa ameyasema hayo jijini Dar es Salaam jana alipokuwa akizungumza na vyombo vya habari kuhusu malengo ya taasisi hiyo.

“Tuko katika maandalizi ya kuandaa mapendekezo kwa ajili ya kupeleka Bungeni ili Bunge liridhie na kupitisha sheria itakayoruhusu mtu kuandika wosia wa viungo vyake kutumika mara baada ya kufariki ikiwamo moyo na figo,” alisema Dk Nyangasa.

Alisema kuwa umefika wakati kwa Watanzania kujiwekea utaratibu wa kuacha wosia wa kutumika kwa viungo vyao baada ya kufariki kwa ajili ya kuhifadhiwa kwenye benki za viungo ili viweze kutumiwa na watu ambao watavihitaji.

Dk Nyangasa alisema Hospitali ya Apolo Bangalole ya India na nyingine za kimataifa za magonjwa ya moyo kwa sasa zimehamia JKCI kutokana na kuwapo kwa huduma pamoja na vifaa vya kisasa.

Naibu Mkurugenzi wa Huduma za Tiba na Daktari Bingwa wa Magonjwa wa Moyo, Dk Tulizo Shemu alisema mwaka 2016 JKCI ilifanya uchunguzi wa tiba kwa wagonjwa 973 na kati yao 620 walipata matibabu bila kufunua vifua kwa kupitia mishipa ya damu, huku 353 wakifanyiwa upasuaji wa kufungua vifua.

Taasisi hiyo inategemea kuwa na kambi maalumu ya matibabu ya moyo kwa kushirikiana na Open Heart International ya Australia kuanzia kesho.
